Prices and Payments

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $68 or more, based on the subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees.

When an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers will receive the applicable delay notification and cancellation or refund options required by law.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible purchases, beginning on the delivery date.

Products returned for a change of mind should generally be unused, clean, and complete with their original accessories.

Plush toys showing substantial use, stains, odors, washing damage, or alterations may not qualify for standard change-of-mind returns.

These conditions do not override customers' rights concerning defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied products.
